Development Corporation appoints development managers

The Central Coast Regional Development Corporation has announced the appointment of two Development Managers to work on key development projects including The Landing at Gosford, Gosford’s Waterfront development, the Revitalisation of the Gosford CBD, development projects within Wyong Shire and at Mt Penang Parklands.

Thomas Delgatto has joined the CCRDC team as a Senior Development Manager. He has chosen to leave a consultancy firm he managed in favour of the exciting opportunities before the CCRDC.

Mr Delgatto brings a broad range of experience from working in public and private sector organisations in senior construction, asset management and development roles.  He has also worked with the Honeysuckle Development Corporation for several years.

Rob Kitchen has also joined the CCRDC team as a Senior Development Manager. He has come in from the Dubai office of a British consultancy company where he was responsible for managing several key projects around the Gulf region. This included all stages of projects from inception to construction and facilities management including bidding and procurement.

Mr Kitchen started his career in highways and has built several roads and bridges in the Middle East and Africa. He has also worked on a variety of projects in India and the Middle East including mixed-use developments, commercial and retail projects as well as residential developments, hotels and significant high-rise buildings.
